You may have your car towed to our facility to be stored and secured overnight, but additional charges will apply. We use a third party that has 24 hr surveillance of their facility to ensure nothing happens to any vehicles inside. We have worked with out third party vendor for over 5 years and we continue to work side-by-side with them for the city.

7.Can police tow your car from private property?

Yes. It’s the same right any property owner has to remove unauthorized cars parked on their home driveway. If your car was towed from private property, under common law the tow company cannot refuse to release the vehicle until you pay their fees.
